BioTAS ® The aeration technology of the micro mixing hose is improved by using German imported special formula polyurethane PU hose and special punching technology, which forms small and slow rising bubbles in the aeration hose under low air flow, greatly improving oxygen transfer efficiency; Linear aeration ensures uniform air distribution and vertical circulation, resulting in more even mixing and agitation, ensuring good oxygen utilization and power efficiency; The equipment has self-cleaning function, and the oxygen utilization rate will not decline during its service life.
SED ® Biochemical technology is a world advanced biochemical process developed by the environmental research team of the University of Waterloo in Canada after more than 20 years of joint efforts, with the technical platform provided by Huanchuan Environment. It is supplied to municipal sewage and industrial wastewater treatment plants worldwide.
MACOSS ® The precision control system is a complete set of control systems that integrates software and hardware. Based on the characteristics of the SED biochemical process, combined with changes in pollution load and process operation status, it automatically controls the blower and air regulating valve, adjusts and distributes aeration volume as needed, stabilizes and precisely controls dissolved oxygen in the aerobic zone, and ensures the efficient and stable operation of the sewage treatment process.
InDENSE technology screens out heavy sludge particles from ordinary sludge by adding a sludge filter and returns them to the biochemical system, while discharging light sludge outside the system through sludge discharge. By using this technology, the sewage treatment system can enrich dense sludge. Dense sludge has the characteristics of fast settling speed and easier synchronization of nitrification and denitrification pathways, making it a more advanced granular sludge.
