D-REX ® Disc aerator

OTT D-REX ® The disc aerator can be installed on a three-quarters inch internal thread or on a square tube with an inner diameter of 30mm using an adapter. The bracket and clamping ring are made of glass fiber reinforced PP and can withstand temperatures up to 120 ℃ (248 ° F). All components are resistant to formic acid. D-REX ® The disc aerator can be combined with ethylene propylene rubber FLEXNORM ® Or silicone resin FLEXSIL ® Or OTT FLEXLON ® Use the membrane together. A larger loading area allows for multiple applications.

STANDARD2 ® Membrane tube aerator

OTT STANDARD 2 tubular aerators can be installed in pairs or separately on stainless steel and plastic distributors with inner diameters of 30, 40, or 45mm. You can use ethylene propylene rubber (FLEXNORM) ®） Or silicone resin (FLEXSIL) ®/FLEXSIL ®+） The membrane obtained the Standard 2 tubular aerator. We provide different holes according to the requirements. You can obtain Standard 2-tube aerators with lengths of 500, 750, and 1000 mm at the factory. The special length can be between 200-1650mm.

AirRex ® Modular aeration system dedicated pipeline

AirRex ® It is a modular plastic piping system that can be quickly installed in all types of aeration tanks without the need for adhesives or other auxiliary tools. Unique AirRex ® The fastening device allows for linear expansion of the pipe column and can operate safely at temperatures above 100 ℃ (212 ° F) (video ). AirRex ® The piping system can be optionally equipped with a three-quarters inch NPT or BSP internal thread.
