SED ® Biochemical technology is an improved AAO process with low dissolved oxygen (DO), sludge screening and other technologies as its core. BioTAS ® The micro mixing hose aeration technology adopts German imported aeration hoses, which form small and slow rising bubbles under low air flow, greatly improving oxygen transfer efficiency. The weather resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance can maintain long-term stability and stability, and the comprehensive service life of municipal sewage is more than 10 years.
SNDPR synchronous nitrification denitrification occurs in the aerobic tank due to the low dissolved oxygen DO (0.5 ± 0.2mg/L), resulting in a difference in dissolved oxygen concentration within the sludge. Nitrification can occur in an aerobic environment on the sludge surface, while denitrification can occur in an anoxic environment inside the sludge. At the same time, free phosphorus is absorbed into polyphosphate accumulating bacteria.

BioDens ® Densified activated sludge technology can achieve the screening and densification of activated sludge. Dense activated sludge is a sludge state that falls between ordinary activated sludge and granular sludge. In terms of morphology, the size of densified activated sludge is larger than that of ordinary sludge but smaller than that of granular sludge.
FluBca ® The biological carrier is composed of polyurethane foam connected from the surface of the carrier to the pores inside. The average pore size is 0.2~2.0mm after expansion in water, combined with BioTAS ® It can enhance the 1mm bubbles generated by the micro mixing hose, making the surface of the carrier an aerobic zone and the interior an anoxic zone, deeply simulating the internal anoxic and external aerobic state of sludge synchronous nitrification denitrification, and accelerating the rapid realization of synchronous nitrification denitrification by microorganisms.
BioHSS ® The rapid clarification technology adopts a rectangular edge inlet and outlet tank design, which is suitable for heavy sludge load systems, with faster settling speed, higher sludge water load, and lower effluent SS.
