Can improve the installation and maintenance of aerators
1. Installation process
The aerator can be uniformly arranged at the bottom of the water treatment tank, with a distance of 300-500mm from the bottom and a longitudinal spacing of about 500mm-1000.
The aeration supervisor cuts and unloads the pipes according to the drawings, draws lines on the pipes, and determines the position of each set of elevating pipe aerators;
When installing the membrane, pay attention to installing some non porous membranes vertically with the ground, and clamp both ends of the membrane tightly;
After the installation of the membrane, install the entire set of elevating aerators to the previous opening position; (Note that the opening position should be on the same horizontal plane);
After the installation of all pipelines, install the aeration riser;
2. Installation precautions
The film installation fixture should be tightened.
All pipelines should be ensured to be level on the same plane.
Thoroughly blowing after opening the aeration main pipe can enhance the installation of the aerator.
After installation, it is strictly prohibited to carry out open flame operations such as explosions on site. If it is necessary to carry out operations, fireproof materials should be used to cover the aerator to avoid scalding the equipment.
When transporting and installing the aerator, it should not be thrown or dragged to avoid wear on the pipe wall.
After installation, check whether each connector meets the requirements.
3. Procedures and steps for daily maintenance, testing, and replacement of parts:
1) Inspect the aeration tank daily and strictly follow the operating procedures. If uneven aeration and local large bubbles are found, the cause of the malfunction should be analyzed and eliminated according to the requirements.
2) Steps for membrane replacement:
Firstly, whether the hoop is damaged;
Loosen the clamp, remove the old diaphragm, and replace it with a new diaphragm;
When clamping, the clamping ring must be parallel to the gas distribution connecting pipe.
